Taking Your Dog Out to Dinner
Most of the time, I can’t even afford to take my human children out to dinner, but check out this clip from NBC Nightly News about restaurants that are now encouraging you to bring your dog when you eat out! Apparently, it’s all the rage in urban and warm-weather cities.
Of course, my dogs are champion counter-surfers, so I can’t imagine we’d be asked back.

Video from the Columbus Pet Expo Dock Diving Competition

Until next time,
Good day, and good dog!
Saturday Survey: Dock Diving

A New Record for the Iditarod
For the first time in as long as anyone can remember, the 2010 Iditarod ended without any dogs dying during the event.
Cooper, Dock-Diver Extraordinare
If you’ve been reading this blog for very long, you know that I am fascinated with the sport of dock-diving, and that I have a Vizsla named Cooper. Well, I’m so excited! We’ve decided to enter Cooper in a dock-diving competition this weekend.

The rescue has been given lots of space on our in-house website, and today I found out that another AEP employee saw Chance when she took her own dog to the vet.

Dog Cruelty in Michigan
I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again: IF YOU CAN’T PROPERLY CARE FOR A DOG, DON’T GET ONE!!!
