If you’re a regular reader, you know there are about three things in life that really get to me. One, obviously, is dogs. Two is kids. And the third one is military veterans. So, I’m happy to have found a site that combines at least two of the three.
Homes for our Troops is a non-profit dedicated to building and / or renovating homes to accommodate wounded warriors. Of course, they have to raise funds to do so, and one of their fundraisers is to sell dog bandanas. And they’re not just any bandanas – they’re filled with a gel polymer that helps keep your dog cool in the summer.
Check them out, and help fund housing for injured vets.
