  1. At 10 am this morning, my sweet 14 1/2 yr old Beagle, Brittany, was diagnosed with advanced cancer of her liver. She had stopped eating anything except rice, lost 9+ lbs in two weeks, was uncomfortable and extremely lethargic. It was sudden and fast. By 11 am , the vet and my daughter held her as she slipped into the “big sleep.”
No bitter tears of regret–but where will I find another Beagle girl as good as she?
