Shelter Sunday: Animal Rescue Fund / North Little Rock, AR

lily ARFAMeet Lily! This cute little Cocker Spaniel / Terrier mix is living in North Little Rock, Arkansas with the good people at Animal Rescue Fund Arkansas. Here’s what their website has to say about this cute-as-a-button little girl:

Lilly is a sweet, little black and tan, female that was recently rescued from a shelter. She was an owner surrender that was reported to be a cocker spaniel/terrier mix between 1-2 years old. Her foster mom thinks she is an absolute little doll that will soak up all the affection you can give her. This little love bug weighs about 14 pounds. She is good on a leash, travels well in a car, appears to be house broken and gets along well with other dogs even though really big dogs scare her at first. She has been spayed, micro-chipped, brought up to date on vaccinations including bordatella for kennel cough, tested for heartworms and is hearworm negative.

If you’re going to be near Arkansas, why not contact ARFA and ask to meet Lily and all of her friends. Send an e-mail to [email protected] or fill out an online adoption application.

If you’re somewhere else, check out PetFinder’s Shelter Center to find adoptable dogs near you.

Until next time,
Good day, and good dog!
