I came across your Blog and thought I would leave a comment since I heard they have a “New” tick virus back in Kansas and I do not know if everyone is aware that guinea fowl eat ticks, and a lot of them, they also like Wasps. Our insect population has been reduced considerably since we hought and raised a flock.

I would also mention that I make Activated charcoal cookies for my dogs because they do not pss offense gas when these are their treats. Activated Charcoal will also adsorb over 5,000 Chemical and poison, almost all natural poisons. A poultice applied to any poinsonous or infect area will also be cured if not reduced. My treat recipe is 1/3 cup brown rice flower, 1/3 cup Bob’s red ,mill potatoe flour and 1/3 cup of Gluten free Oatmeal also Bob’s red mill, a pinch of salt, 1 egg, and a TBL spoon of olive oil and a TBL spoon of activated Charcoal with enough hemp milk or bone broth to thin to desired thickness to spread onto Pachment paper on a cookie sheet. and baked 275 degrees for 90 minutes and then baked again for 90 minutes at 310 degrees.

I mix all the dry ingredients 1st, then add the liquids.
