My little, 2 yr. old miniature schnauzer has developed albsolute dry eye. She produces no tears at all. In addition, she is producing very little saliva so she is not a candidate for the only type of surgery available. She is on many different eye drops now and we're doing everything to keep her comfortable. Looking for others who may have experienced this condition with their pup or have information. We have no idea what the future is bringing and our hearts are breaking (not to mention our bank accounts $2300.00 to date). Advise? Stories? etc
