I'd like to know how many of you out there celebrate your dog's birthdays and if so how?

Default Party hats & treats

That is great. I've never actually wrapped any presents for my dogs but they love the new toys. I usually fix chicken or fish for dinner and that's a real treat for them because they rarely get any table food. Rubin wore a party hat!! The tradition was started by my daughter at her birthday party when she was younger. He wore it the whole party it didn't bother him at all.

Default birthdays

i adopted my dog from the humane society, i got her in the summer when she was about 7 months old, so i calculated her birthday to be the same as around Christmas - so, we celebrate her birthday christmas day!

I just REALLY celebrated my dog's birthday in December for the first time in seven years. I went to a doggie bakery and bought a cake and party favor bags and a pound cake for her actual birthday (Tuesday, though the party was on Saturday). It totaled almost $40. It was sooo much fun. She had three friends come, although she decided the cake was her's, not the puppie's, and latched on to the poor little guy's ear. But alas, it was fun.
