Just in time for the hit movie Marley & Me’s DVD/Blu-ray release, pet lovers are invited to win great prizes by uploading photos of their pet looking as cute as Marley. Users can also rate pet photos on a scale of 1 to 5 “paws” to determine the winning photos.

Over 300 prizes could be awarded nationwide. Besides bragging rights, consumers in each newspaper market who submit the three highest-rated photos will win prizes courtesy of the contest sponsors. 1st Place winners will receive the Marley & Me DVD plus a 4-inch cuddly plush stuffed Marley with a red collar ($52.00 value). 2nd Place winners will receive one medium FURminator deShedding Tool ($49.95 value). 3rd Place winners will receive one free Loopies Plush Cow Big Squeaker dog toy from Fetchdog.com ($26.00 value).
Additionally, one editorial winner in each market will be selected by Gadzoo! judges to receive a coupon for a free 22 oz. bottle of Spot Shot Instant Carpet Stain & Odor Eliminator ($5.99 value.).
Finally, for every photo a user rates, the user will be entered into a national random drawing to receive the grand prize, featuring each of the four prizes above ($133.94 value).
The contest offers interactive voting, real-time statistics and social networking features to share submissions with friends and family. The site will accept photo entries until Monday, April 13, but voting remains open until Monday, April 20.
