Sometimes I have a hard time believing people are able to tie their shoes in the morning without help when they do something as boneheaded as this.
Inside Edition reports that authorities were called when some alert shoppers heard puppies crying inside a van parked outside a New Jersey WalMart in 90-degree heat. They were able to rescue 26 English and French Bulldog puppies before they cooked, but the animals had been left for at least 45 minutes in the heat.
