Irving, TX City Council Going to the Dogs?

CBS News is reporting that a West Highland White Terrier recently filed to be on the ballot in Irving, Texas for the May 5th mayoral election.

Mark Howard, the dog’s owner, agent, attorney, and a political satirist, says Dylan has taken to Twitter to discuss the problems plaguing the city of Irving.

According to his application, Dylan is a registered “son of a…female Westie,” but the city said Dylan does not qualify to run for election because he is not a registered voter.

Too bad. I have to believe a dog could do better than most politicians!

Until next time,
Good day, and good dog!
