I Have A Dream

MLK DayToday is the day we honor the work of civil rights advocate Martin Luther King, Jr. Arguably his most famous speech was delivered in 1963 during the March on Washington. In the part that I feel is most poignant, he stated, “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.” He closed with the words of the old Negro spiritual, “Free at last, Free at last, Great God a-mighty, We are free at last.”
