This crime, known as pet flipping, is starting to appear in Ohio, and maybe in your state, too. Thieves steal your dog, then list him or her on Craigslist to make a quick buck. How do you prove the dog is yours after it’s been stolen? Make sure you have whatever papers you got with the dog, and most importantly, implant a microchip! Better yet, keep your dog in sight or inside at all times.
