When Paws Patrol Pet Rescue found Lilly, they knew they had to do something. Someone had wrapped a rubber band around her nose and mouth, and left it there so long it had become embedded in her sinuses.
They took the dog to Creek Crossing Animal Clinic, near Dallas, where donors paid for surgery to remove the rubber band.
The little sweetie is recovering from several surgeries and has been placed in foster care. No word on when she will be available for adoption.
