If you’re a regular reader, you may remember my post from last April, detailing the sudden passing of K-9 Aches. The Police K-9 Association here in Canton is now announcing much happier news: the addition of Major to the PK9A pack!
Here’s their Facebook post: We would like to officially introduce everyone to #PK9A K-9 MAJOR!
MAJOR has some big shoes to fill. His predecessor, K-9 ACHES passed away suddenly in April of this year, leaving a large void with all of us. However, MAJOR has blended very well with his human family, especially his partner, Investigator McGilton.
MAJOR is proudly serving the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. MAJOR is now our second active German Shorthaired Pointer.
