Christmas Day Is Going To The Dogs

Are you tired of watching A Christmas Story marathon all day long on Christmas? Check out this ESPN2 programming announcement from the AKC.

The American Kennel Club (AKC®), the world’s largest purebred dog registry and advocate for all dogs, is pleased to announce six and a half hours of exciting canine competition coming to ESPN2 this Christmas Day beginning at noon. The programming will kick off with the speediest dogs in the country during the premiere of the second annual AKC Fastest Dogs USA competition.

These dog-focused shows will continue with a preview of the 2021 AKC National Championship Presented by Royal Canin and lead right into the AKC Agility Premier Cup followed by coverage of the AKC Flyball CanAm Classic.

“The canines featured in this block of programming showcase the highest degree of athleticism and highlight the human-canine bond,” said Gina DiNardo, AKC Executive Secretary. “We are thrilled to partner with ESPN to bring this dog-centric entertainment to new audiences this holiday season.”

Mark your calendars now for noon on December 25th to tune in to six and a half hours of dog-filled programming. Check your local listings for channel information and re-airs on ESPN networks.
