Saturday Survey: How much do you pay for dog boarding?

I guess I’m just spoiled. The last time I boarded my dogs, I think I paid about $9 a night. I received a brochure today for a boarding facility, and it was very nice if the pictures were accurate, but it was about $25 per dog, which included cage & board, as well as two potty breaks a day. I think my boarding place just leaves them in their cages all day, but that’s a BIG difference in fees. How much do you pay?

Until next time,
Good day, and good dgo!

  1. S. Marie – I wasn’t familiar with this company, but I did grow up in Cincinnati and still get down there from time to time. I’ll have to recommend this to my brother – he always makes mom stay with his dogs, and I’m not sure how much longer she’ll be able to handle it. Thanks!

  2. I’m not sure where you are located, but I used PetSuites of America to board my babies and I love them. Here is a link to their page with all of their locations: http://www.petsuitesofamerica.com/locations

The thing I love the most about them is that you can pay a little extra for a private room. They are great with my Bostons who are typically nervous to even go to vet. They don’t even shake when I take them to PetSuites. They have playtime schedules and everything. They are very reasonable.
