Lottie Dottie’s Story…
Part of a litter surrendered along with mom by a neglectful owner. Mother of the litter is Freckles the Beagle. Lottie Dottie is a happy little girl who loves attention, she will go out of her way to show up her brothers and sisters. She loves to be held and snuggled but also loves to be out of her crate running laps! Birth date 12/18/13.
