Today is National Pet Fire Safety Day. Does your fire safety plan include your pets?
Take some time today to review your plan and make sure it still fits your situation, including any pets you may have gained or lost. Also, check your chip registry and your dog’s tags to make sure they are updated with your current address and cell phone number. Sometimes the best you can do for your pet in the case of fire is leave the doors open and hope they get out, in which case you may need help getting them home.
