This perky-eared, brown-eyed beauty is looking for a home where she can relax and love. She’s somewhat nervous and aloof, but she’s developing social skills. Upon arriving at Animal Friends, Chloe was jumpy and uncomfortable with being handled. She has since made progress and willingly goes on off-site group walks. Chloe was well-behaved in the car and enjoyed exploring the trails with volunteers and fellow canine. Chloe’s adoptive family will need to be patient and understanding while helping her become comfortable in the home. The use of positive reinforcement techniques will be critical in assuring that Chloe become a well-adjusted, mannerly member of the family. Because of Choe’s special needs, we recommend that she live in a home with children over twelve. She should also be the only dog in the household.
Chloe is spayed, weighs 54 pounds, and is thought to be about 4 years old.
