Shelter Sunday: K-9 Lifesavers / Washington, DC

Babe DCMeet Babe Brûlée! This cute collie mix puppy is living near our nation’s capitol with K-9 Lifesavers. Here’s what their website has to say about this adorable little girl.

This litter of 7 was rescued from rural GA- they have been brought to the DC area and are now well taken care of and are in search of loving homes. They were rescued from horrible living conditions and are settling in to being happy playful pups. They are slightly shy, but warm up very quickly and love to be held. They are lower energy and adore other dogs!

Little Brûlée is the shyest of her litter mates and will definitely need some extra work in socialization. She would greatly benefit from being in a home with a confident, older dog to show her the ropes!

If you’re lucky enough to live in the DC metro area, why not contact K-9 Lifesavers to learn more about Babe Brûlée and all of her friends? Call 202-263-1990 or fill out an adoption questionnaire.

If you’re somewhere else, check out PetFinder’s Shelter Center to locate adoptable dogs near you.

Until next time,
Good day, and good dog!
