Meet Chuck! This handsome fella is house-trained, good with other dogs, and up to date on shots. Here’s what he has to say for himself:
Hi! I’m Chuck, a 4-year old male lab or hound or dane mix. I was found on the streets with a horrible fungal infection more commonly found in Shar Pei dogs. I’m not convinced I have Shar Pei blood in me, because, look at me! I’m about 58 lbs and could still use a bit more meat on my bones. Have you seen this Mastiff competing at the Rocky Mountain Cluster Dog Show yet? I love it when dogs compete just to do something with their human, not worrying about their time at all. Adorable! I think I might actually be able to keep up with this dog!

The Denver Post is reporting that Texas church shooter Devin Patrick Kelley previously had an animal cruelty charge in southern Colorado. Witnesses say he beat a dog with his fists, and Kelley was cited for animal cruelty by El Paso County Sheriff’s deputies on August 1, 2014.
