Several members of my family were debating this lately. My sister’s dog was very ill, to the point where her husband was having to carry Yogi up and down the steps, outside to do his business, and to the food dish at meal times. Without seeing the dog personally, it was hard to know whether or not he was in significant pain, or had any quality of life. 2012 Westminster Dog Show Highlights
So, by now we all know that NONE of my picks made it to Best in Show, and only two made it to the Group competitions. But that’s not really the point of the whole event. To me, the highlights of the show were the ones that weren’t televised.

Updated Odds for 2012 Westminster Dog Show
“Wizard of Odds” Johnny Avello has updated his odds chart for your entertainment while viewing the show tonight. This new chart has the Pekingese in the lead at 6 – 1 odds, followed by the Black Cocker at 7 – 1, and the Wire Fox Terrier at 8 – 1.
See if he does any better than I did at picking winners, tonight on USA Network from 8 – 11 pm.
