Lions and tigers and…dogs???

Check out these lion clubs playing at the Colorado Wildlife Sanctuary with some of the 13 dogs who live there. This sounds kind of familiar to me, but I’m not sure if I posted it before. (And yes, I am too lazy to look for it!) Sorry if it’s a duplicate – but worth watching a second time, if it is. The clip is from the Today Show.

Maggie the Golden Retriever is Down but Not Out

Poor Maggie.  My beautiful 10-year old Golden Retriever just didn’t seem right on Tuesday, so we took her to the vet.  She had a fever of 105.9 (which later topped out at 107F), and she had begun having seizures.  We thought for sure she had brain cancer, but her bloodwork was normal, and a chest X-ray was clear.
